·          Perform iSeries (AS/400) user profile/security administration.

·          Perform user profile setups (creates, changes, deletes), password resets, and printer setup and configuration.

·          Troubleshoot system access issues. Generate and review system security reports.

·          Administrates and manages access to Information & Information Systems. Manages system access via user profile and entitlement administration. Analyzes data security systems, applications, processes, and procedures, and recommends and develops security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, modification, destruction, and loss.

·          Ensures system access levels are assigned in accord with job roles and responsibilities. Detects and prevents unauthorized access to information, applications, and information systems.

·          Assertive, collaborative, demonstrates a high commitment to quality customer service. Able to multi-task. Adaptable and flexible and able to accommodate changing objectives, processes, and work methodologies. Effective at managing stress and conflict.
